Extreme Trail

IV. Extreme Tarcal - Tokaj Kör

Extreme Trail

Races types

  • 1-5 km
  • 6-10 km
  • 21-25 km
All distances in our race will touch the statue of Christ the Blessed!
You will make it up, one way or another!
Be one of the successful completers!
The first 4km of the 10km and 21km distances are identical. Of this, 3.5km to the TV transmitter (top of Tokaji Mountain) is on a very steep section, often almost on a single track where most of you will "just" hike up. The difficult sections are compensated by the fantastic panoramic views and beautiful forest sections.
On the common sections, of course, you'll find ribbons marking all the distances. As soon as a route is separated, it will be marked with signs and paintings.
It is very important that signs are placed at maximum intervals of 30-40 metres. If you do not see the correct marker after 30-40 metres (maximum half a minute), turn back to the last correct marker!
The 10 and 21km distances will meet again at km 6 of 10 and km 17 of 21. Here again, the meeting of the different coloured ribbons at the mouth is clear.
On the course, the keep right principle applies! Don't hold up the faster riders! However, faster runners are free to (politely) tell the runner in front if they want to overtake them!
The Blessed Christ statue is affected by all distances, where you must run up the stairs...... walk..... climb. :)

Behind the finish line, László ajoros, the most hospitable winemaker in the area, welcomes everyone to his beautiful wine bar!
